“Romeo and Juliet” opened at the Will Geer Theatricum in Topanga !

I’m playing the “Friar Lawrence” role in this updated production.  It is set in modern Jerusalem with Romeo a Palestinian and Juliet an Israeli.   We’ve done four school shows in our outdoor theater in front of over 1200 teenage students.   And they loved it!   We open in rep. on June 4th at 7:30.   Though the show is provocative, it’s more a poetic plea for peace!

If you’ve never been to the Will Geer Theater, you’re in for a treat.  There’s nothing like Shakespeare under the stars.  It’s a wonderful evening.  Hope to see you there!

“Timeshare” continues!

I had to put plans to move the show to NYC on hold because a certain Hollywood Producer/Lit. Manager read the promising review in the LA Times.  Then he read TIMESHARE and decided it would make a great 30 Minute Comedy for Cable or the Streaming Services.  I just finished the fourth draft of the first act and began writing the second act.  It’s funny.
